dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como tema “Propuesta de un plan de organización contable para ferretería Industrial JC”, cuyo objetivo consistió en proponer un plan de organización contable que permita mejorar los registros contables de las operaciones en la ferretería Industrial JC. Para ello, fue necesario hacer un análisis de los registros contables que realiza el negocio, diagnosticar la organización contable de los negocios ferreteros y finalmente formular las actividades que debe de tener el plan de organización contable en la ferretería. La investigación se justificó por cuanto posee valor teórico, utilidad práctica, relevancia social y en base a los beneficios netos que genera. Metodológicamente, el trabajo investigativo se aborda desde la perspectiva de los tipos de estudio explorativos-transversales, con la aplicación de un diseño de investigación no experimental donde la población estuvo formado por los cuatros empleados de la ferretería y, por ser pequeña se tomó como muestra la totalidad de la población. El procesamiento de los datos permitió detectar las falencias existentes en los registros contables de la ferretería Industrial JC, lo que permitió llegar a la conclusión de que no cuenta con una organización contable que permita la efectividad y eficiencia de las operaciones, por partida, contemplados por las normas internacionales, situación que no permite tener conocimiento sobre la posición financiera real de la empresa, en un momento determinado.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This study research has as topic “Propuesta de un plan de organización contable para ferretería Industrial JC” whose objective consisted to propose a plan of accountant organization that allows to improve the accountant book of the operations in the industrial ironmongery jc. For this it was necessary to make an analysis of the accountant book that perform the company, diagnose the accountant organization of the ironmongery business and finally make the activities that must have accountant organizaction plan in the ironmongery. The research is justified because it has value theorist, utility practice, social relevance and on the basis of the benefits net that it generates. Methodologically, the study research is approached from the perspective of transverse explorative kinds of study, with the application of an design research not experimental where the population was formed by four employees of ironmongery and for being small is took as a sample the entire population. The processing of data served for have knowledge which are the fallacy existing in the accountant book by the industrial ironmongery jc, as that allowed to conclude that it has not an accounting organization allow the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, per game, referred to by international standards, a situation that doesnt have knowledge about the financial position of the company real , at a given time.	es_ES
