| dc.description.abstract | Introducción: La fase más importante de los tratamientos de conductos es la conformación ya que es un factor decisivo para llegar al éxito del tratamiento, por lo cual en endodoncia se emplean técnicas manuales y rotatorias para la preparación de los conductos y posterior a esto descender la carga bacteriana. Objetivo: analizar el uso de técnicas hibridas para la conformación de conductos estrechos y curvos. Materiales y métodos: El trabajo de investigación es de enfoque cualitativo, no experimental, documental con un método inductivo-deductivo y de revisión bibliográfica de revistas de alto impacto: Pubmed, Journal of endodontics, Journal of the American Dental Association, Medigraphic, Google académico, Scielo, entre otros. Acorde a los resultados de las investigaciones realizadas se pudo evidenciar que la mayoría de los autores mostraban que las técnicas hibridas son eficaces en la conformación de los conductos radiculares ya que cumplen con los objetivos básicos de la conformación de conductos. Conclusión: Una técnica hibrida presenta más ventajas a diferencias del uso de las técnicas de instrumentación por individual, agilitando la etapa de conformación y reduciendo el tiempo de trabajo al momento de instrumentar los conductos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Introduction: The most important phase of root canal treatments is the conformation since it is a decisive factor to reach the success of the treatment, so in endodontics manual and rotating techniques are used for the preparation of the ducts and after this lower the bacterial load. . Objective: To analyze the use of hybrid techniques for the conformation of narrow and curved ducts. . Materials and methods: : The research work is qualitative, non-experimental, documentary with an inductive-deductive method and bibliographic review of high-impact journals: Pubmed, Journal of endodontics, Journal of the American Dental Association, Medigraphic, Google academic, Scielo, among others. According to the results of the research carried out, it was possible to show that most of the authors showed that hybrid techniques are effective in the conformation of root canals since they meet the basic objectives of duct conformation. Conclusions: A hybrid technique has more advantages unlike the use of individual instrumentation techniques, agitated the conformation stage and reducing the working time when instrumenting the ducts. | es_ES |
