| dc.description.abstract | Los principios básicos de anclaje son muy necesarios e importantes para la adaptación del material de obturación, determinando la confección de las paredes de la cavidad, los bordes, ángulos, la profundidad de la cavidad para que nos dé una buena retención, adaptación y colocación de la incrustación, siendo estos los procedimientos básicos para una obturación con métodos directos o indirectos. Frente a las dificultades de la adaptación marginal y la ubicación de contactos proximales, estas cerámicas producen un sellado hermético de la cavidad, las cuales dan un mejor soporte al momento de la masticación y una mejor estética al paciente. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar los principios básicos de anclaje de una incrustación en el proceso de elaboración de una incrustación de porcelana feldespática y proporcionar a la cavidad de la pieza dentaria una obturación total sin filtraciones y posteriores problemas. Teniendo como resultado que las cerámicas feldespáticas son las utilizadas más comúnmente y no producen ningún problema después de colocarlas en boca, pueden duran años cementadas; dependiendo el cuidado que tenga el paciente y las recomendaciones que el odontólogo le refiera al paciente para un mayor cuidado, llegando a la conclusión que se debe confeccionar paredes resistentes para que la incrustación tenga una adaptación y sellado total, y así en el momento del cementado no queden bordes irregulares, brindando al paciente una obturación funcional, sin filtraciones, devolviendo la estética de la pieza dentaria. | es_ES |
