dc.description.abstract	En el presente proyecto se detalla la elaboración del prototipo de prenda deportiva para monitorear la actividad atlética. La investigación se justifica con la necesidad que tienen los atletas en conocer, más detalladamente, el esfuerzo físico al realizar diferentes disciplinas. Se utilizó la plataforma Arduino debido a su bajo costo y su fácil lenguaje de programación, el cual ayuda a determinar las capacidades de los sensores y módulos implementados en el proyecto. En el proceso se desarrollarondiferentes pruebas de componentes con similitudes para obtener la mejor opción en base a la investigación realizada a cada uno de los componentes; una vez establecidos, se diseñan las conexiones correspondientes a los sensores y módulos con sus respectivos códigos de funcionamiento. Este prototipo ayudará a monitorear la temperatura y ritmo cardiaco de los atletas en el campo, determinando su rendimiento en ciertos puntos como el inicio, trayectoriay fin de la práctica.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In the present project the elaboration of the prototype of sports garment for monitoring the athletic activity is detailed. The investigation is justified with the necessity that the athletes have to know, more in detail, the physical effort they do when performing different disciplines; the Arduino platform was used due to its low cost and easy programming language, which helps to determine the capabilities of the sensors and modules implemented in the project. In the process, different component tests with similarities were developed to obtain the best option based on the research carried out on each of the components; once established, the connections corresponding to the sensors and modules are designed with their respective operation codes. This prototype will help monitoring the temperature and heart rate of athletes in the field, determining their performance in certain points such as the beginning, trajectory and end of the practice.	es_ES
