| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo se canaliza en plantear técnicas constructivas empleadas en las fachadas de Curtain Wall a través de un estudio y sinopsis de la patología higrotérmica interior que presentan a causa de las fachadas de los edificios del Complejo Judicial Guayaquil Norte, yasí aplacar la condensación de vapor de agua superficial interior e intersticial, para mejorar el confort térmico de la edificación, provocado por la ausencia de un aislamiento térmico en las fachadas, que al estar propensa a radiaciones solares, adquieren mayores ganancias de calor. El presente caso de estudio se efectúa a través de una investigación cualitativa, mediante la utilización de herramientas que permiten acceder y detallar los fenómenos que se presentan en laedificación. Se determinará el progreso de este tema mediante una descripción general y específica del sistema constructivo existente en la fachada de Curtain Wall; y se analizarán también sistemas estructurales empleados en otras edificaciones, para determinar el sistema que cumpla con el requisito de un buen confort térmico.De los resultados obtenidos en la investigación, se concluye que el sistema idóneo para el aislamiento de fachadas; es el de doble acristalamiento con cámara de aire, que consiste enuna perfileria con reducción de ruptura de puente térmico, un vidrio exterior con absorción de calor y de baja emisividad, una cámara de aire de 12 mm, y una perfileria de separación rellena de sales minerales que absorben la humedad y un vidrio interior de 6 mm.Palabras claves:Wall, Higrotérmica, Condensación Superficial, Aislamiento, Térmico. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This work is channeled into constructive techniques used in the facades of Curtain Wall through a study and synopsis of the hygrothermal interior pathology they present because of the facades of the buildings of the Judicial Complex Guayaquil Norte, and thus appease steam condensation of interior and interstitial surface water, to improve the thermal comfort of the building, caused by the absence of thermal insulation on the facades, which, being prone to solar radiation, acquire greater heat gains. This case study is carried out through qualitative research, using tools that allow access and detail the phenomena that arise in the building. The progress of this topic will be determined through a general and specific description of the existing construction system on the Curtain Wall façade; and also analyze structural systems used in other buildings, to determine the system that meets the requirement of good thermal comfort. From the results obtained in the investigation, it is concluded that the ideal system for the isolation of facades; is the double glazing with air chamber, which consists of a profile with reduction of thermal bridge rupture, an external glass with heat absorption and low emissivity, a 12 mm air chamber, and a separation filler filled with mineral salts that absorb moisture and an inner glass of 6 mm.Keywords: Wall, Hygothermal, Surface Condensation, Insulation, Thermal. | es_ES |
