grabado total utilizando optibond Fl. Grupo 2, se aplicó el protocolo Autograbante,
Clearfil SE Bond.
resistencia adhesiva.
The aim of this study is to assess the adhesive endurance of dentin-resin with the adhesive systems known as Optibond FL and Clearfil SE Bond. Thirty retained asymptomatic third molars with exodontia indication, crowd formation and nonmalformations were distributed in a couple of groups of 15 dental pieces each. Consequently, the dental pieces were worn out at the occlusal level with a carbide disc until the joining of the occlusal and coronary third molars. Group 1, a totaletching protocol was carried out with Optibond Fl. Group 2; a self-etching protocol was applied by utilizing Clearfil SE Bond. A composite resin named Brilliant Ever Glow was applied to stimulate direct restorations. Prior the application of adhesive systems, composite resin was polymerized through a dental curing light named BLUEPHASE G4 1200mW/cm2, by 10 seconds each increase. Subsequently, dental pieces were subjected to axial cuts to obtain a total of 15 samples per group. Those 15 samples were in turned subjected to a microtraction to assess the microtractional adhesive endurance. Results show the following: In one group, an adhesive endurance of average values was observed which represented 49.42 Mpa; whereas in group 2 the obtained average was 45.42 Mpa, thus demonstrating the significant statistical differences between both groups. In all, the microtractional adhesive resistance of the Optibond Fl and Clearfil SE Bond adhesive systems was high; comparing the results between the 2 groups, there is no statistically significant difference in adhesive resistance values.
