dc.description.abstract	El estudio de la vivienda de interés social en el Ecuador, y caso concreto en la ciudadela de El Recreo, cantón Durán, de la Provincia del Guayas Ecuador, pretende co - nocer los estándares de funcionabilidad y confort para las familias de bajo poder adquisitivo. El levantamiento de información fue realizado en el periodo comprendi - do entre los meses de octubre a diciembre del 2016, se aplicó técnica de encuesta muestreo en cinco estratos correspondientes a las 5 etapas que conforman la ciuda - dela El Recreo, constituyéndose entonces en un tipo de muestreo simple disperso, donde se entrevistó a 300 fa - milias para medir el grado de confort y funcionabilidad de las viviendas. Posteriormente a la tabulación de los datos obtenidos se procedió al diseño de gráficos estadísticos, que permitieron realizar un análisis descriptivo y dinámico para diagnosticar la situación funcional y de confort de las viviendas	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The study of housing of social interest in Ecuador, and concrete case in the citadel of El Recreo in Duran seeks to know the standards of functionality and comfort for families with low purchasing power. The data collection was ca - rried out in the period from October to December of 2016, in five strata corresponding to the 5 stages that make up the citadel El Recreo, constituting itself in a simple disper - sed type of sampling, where it was applied the technique of Interview with 300 families to measure the degree of comfort and functionality of the houses. Subsequent to the tabulation of the obtained data, we proceeded to the design of statistical graphs, which allowed performing a descriptive and dynamic analysis to diagnose the functio - nal and comfort situation of the dwellings.	es_ES
