dc.description.abstract	Busca establecer la factibilidad técnico –económica para instalar una planta procesadora de película plástica biodegradable (Stretch Film), el estudio se desarrolla en la provincia del Guayas; donde se determino el consumo de dicha película, al mismo tiempo se desarrolla una encuesta para determinar la aceptación del producto y la frecuencia de consumo de esta, que en conjunto con la oferta del producto es utilizada para calcular la demanda insatisfecha la cual es de 910 TN/año, del total de la demanda insatisfecha el 12% de esta, se usa para determinar el tamaño de la planta que se define en 109.152 TN/año. La ubicación de la planta es establecida mediante el método cualitativo por puntos en Guayas; para representar el proceso de producción utiliza el diagrama de flujo de proceso, selección de maquinaria, determinación de monto de inversión para el desarrollo del proyecto que es de $ 887,648.58 dólares americanos, de los cuales $619,839.61 es capital propio aportado por 6 socios y que $ 267,808.97 corresponde al 60% de la inversión fija que será financiado por la Corporación Financiera Nacional, a 5 años de plazo en pagos trimestrales a una tasa activa del 10.5%. La tasa interna de retorno obtenida del flujo de caja es del 21.57% y un van de $1,230,634.06 Con todo lo expuesto se considera que el proyecto es viable y de relevancia para el desarrollo social, económico y tecnológico	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	It looks for to establish the feasibility technician - economic to install a processing plant of biodegradable plastic movie (Stretch Film), the study is developed in the county of the Guayas; where you determines the consumption of this movie, at the same time a survey is developed to determine the acceptance of the product and the frequency of consumption of this that it is used to calculate the unsatisfied demand which is of 910 TN/año, of the total of the unsatisfied demand 12% of this together with the offer of the product, it is used to determine the size of the plant that is defined in 109.152 TN/año. The location of the plant is established by means of the qualitative method for points in Guayas; to represent the production process it uses the diagram of process flow, machinery selection, determination of I mount of investment for the development of the project that is of $887,648.58 American dollars, of which $619,839.61 are capital own contributed by 6 partners and that $267,808.97 correspond to 60% of the fixed investment that will be financed by the National Financial Corporation, to 5 years of term in payments quarterly to an active rate of 10.5%. The obtained internal rate of return of the box flow is of 21.57% and they go of $1,230,634.06 with all that exposed it is considered that the project is viable and of relevance for the social, economic and technological development.	es_ES
