dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de sistematización recoge información de la experiencia sistematizada, que enfatiza el proceso de capacitación a través de talleres en temas relacionados a necesidades educativas especiales a representantes de personas con discapacidad en el centro diurno “Mi razón de vida”, sector Juan Montalvo, cooperativa “Luchadores” en la ciudad de Guayaquil, entre mayo y agosto del 2019. Para este estudio la pregunta eje fue: ¿Cómo mejorar la pertinencia de las técnicas utilizadas en los talleres, dentro del proceso de capacitación en temas de necesidades educativas especiales a representantes de personas con discapacidad?, la misma que dirige este estudio. Se planteó como objetivo: valorar la pertinencia de las técnicas utilizadas en los talleres, en el proceso de capacitación, para comprender la experiencia y así mejorarla, ante los nuevos desafíos que se presenten en contextos similares. Por su parte, el enfoque utilizado como marco general fue cualitativo. De esta manera, desde el punto de vista reflexivo, los procesos de capacitación, si bien pueden ser ejecutados en contextos comunitarios, las técnicas que se emplean en su desarrollo, deben estar sujetas al objetivo y cuidar aspectos socioeducativos y contextuales, dado a su influencia en el funcionamiento individual o grupal de los participantes o inclusive aspectos metodológicos y éticos en su realización práctica. En conclusión, las capacitaciones en NEE deben contar con adecuados procesos de planificación, evaluación y seguimiento, es decir, un modelo teórico que las sustente. Así mismo, debe ajustarse concretamente al problema, caso contrario, el empleo de técnicas no asegurará el éxito de la capacitaciónes_ES
dc.description.abstractThis systematization work collects information from the systematized experience, which emphasizes the training process through workshops on topics related to special educational needs to representatives of people with disabilities in the “My reason of life” day center, Juan Montalvo sector, “Luchadores” cooperative in the city of Guayaquil, between May and August 2019. For this study, the main question was: How to improve the relevance of the techniques used in the workshops, within the training process on special educational needs issues to representatives of people with disabilities?, the same that directs this study. The objective was to assess the relevance of the techniques used in the workshops, in the training process, to understand the experience and then improve it, given the new challenges that arise in similar contexts. The approach used as a general framework was qualitative. In this way, from the reflexive point of view, the training processes, although they can be executed in community contexts, the techniques used in their development, must take care of infrastructure aspects and especially about the context, given their influence in the individual or group functioning of the participants or inclusive methodological and ethical aspects in their practical realization. In conclusion, the training in NEE must have the planning, evaluation and monitoring processes, that is, a theoretical model that supports them. Likewise, it must be adjusted specifically to the problem; otherwise, the use of techniques will not ensure the success of the traininges_ES
