dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de sistematización, está basado en el proyecto de prácticas pre-profesionales de octavo semestre “Construyendo una cultura de diversidad”, realizado en el Centro De Desarrollo Infantil, Cosechando Sueños, Fue realizado bajo la metodología de sistematización de experiencia con un enfoque cualitativo, la cual nos permitió reconstruir la experiencia vivida de los talleres que eran parte de las actividades del proyecto, teniendo como hilo conductor cuál fue la importancia de los talleres psicoeducativos para sensibilizar en la atención inclusiva, permitiéndonos cumplir con el objetivo que guío este trabajo de identificar la importancia de los talleres psicoeducativos como estrategias de sensibilización en la atención inclusiva para con dicha información extraída de la experiencia sirva de aportación para otras actividades similares. Nuestra reflexión crítica giró en el escaso conocimiento de las cuidadoras del centro de desarrollo infantil acerca de la atención inclusiva en especial con niños con necesidades especiales, por falta de capacitación sobre este tema y por no tener experiencia debido que en este centro no había niños con algún tipo de necesidad educativa especial, por lo que se consideró realizar talleres psicoeducativos como una estrategia, con el fin de que adquieran nuevos conocimientos respecto al tema. Esto nos orientó a concluir que los talleres psicoeducativos como estrategias de sensibilización sirven como herramienta de cambio en actitudes, habilidades, conocimiento y pensamientoses_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present systematization work was based on the eighth semester preprofessional internship project “Building a culture of diversity”, carried out at There was Development Center, Harvesting Dreams, It was carried out under the methodology of systematizing experience with a focus qualitative, which allowed us to reconstruct the lived experience of the workshops that was part of the project activities, having as a common thread what was the importance of psychoeducational workshops to raise awareness in inclusive care, allowing us to meet the objective that guided this work To identify the importance of psychoeducational workshops as strategies to raise awareness in inclusive care, with this information taken from the experience, provides input for other similar activities. Our critical reflection turned to the lack of knowledge of the caregivers of there was development center about inclusive care especially with children with special needs, due to lack of training on this subject and not having experience because there were no children with children in this center. Some type of special educational need, so it was considered to conduct psychoeducational workshops as a strategy, in order to acquire new knowledge on the subject. This guided us to conclude that psychoeducational workshops as awareness strategies serve as a tool for changing attitudes, skills, knowledge and thoughtses_ES
