| dc.description.abstract | Dentro de los fenómenos existentes en la urbe guayaquileña se puede recalcar el matrimonio igualitario entre los habitantes de esta. Para lo cual, este estudio pretende conocer cuál es la perspectiva que tiene el imaginario social frente al matrimonio igualitario durante finales del 2021 hasta el primer trimestre del 2022. En primera instancia, se realizó la revisión bibliográfica de la misma para obtener una base teórica del tema a estudiar en la que se consideró antecedentes, teorías, marco jurídico y contextual. Después la elaboración, aplicación y análisis de encuestas de forma online y entrevistas por correo a especialistas del tema. Considerando que para extraer la muestra de la población designada se efectuó la ecuación pertinente. Los resultados arrojados en este trabajo de titulación muestran que el imaginario de la ciudad de Guayaquil continúa con una cultura conservadora, religiosa y dogmática. En la que la homosexualidad sigue siendo mal vista y discriminada por gran cantidad de la población, volviéndose un tema no aceptado por la población. En la que se puede perder la construcción de la familia tradicional. Considerando que se pudo averiguar la existencia de más géneros existentes a los tradicionales. Obteniendo como resultado la aprobación de la hipótesis en la que el imaginario social no aprueba en gran cantidad la ejecución del matrimonio igualitario. Within the existing phenomena in the Guayaquil city, it is possible to emphasize the same-sex marriage among its inhabitants. For which, this study aims to know what is the perspective that the social imaginary has against equal marriage during the end of 2021 until the first quarter of 2022. In the first instance, a bibliographic review of the same was carried out to obtain a theoretical basis of the subject to be studied in which antecedents, theories, legal and contextual framework were considered. Then the preparation, application and analysis of online surveys and interviews by mail with specialists on the subject. Considering that to extract the sample from the designated population, the pertinent equation was carried out. The results obtained in this titling work show that the imaginary of the city of Guayaquil continues with a conservative, religious and dogmatic culture. In which homosexuality continues to be frowned upon and discriminated against by a large number of the population, becoming a subject not accepted by the population. In which the construction of the traditional family can be lost. Considering that it was possible to find out the existence of more existing genres than the traditional ones. Obtaining as a result the approval of the hypothesis in which the social imaginary does not approve in large quantity the execution of equal marriage. | es_ES |
