dc.description.abstract	El estrés es una alteración que a nivel mundial afecta a más personas cada vez, aunque es una respuesta natural y autónoma de nuestro cuerpo antes diferentes situaciones que pueden ser amenazadoras o desafiantes, cuando esta situación es constante y sobrepasa las capacidades del individuo, llega a representa un problema de salud. La carrera de enfermería está directamente relacionada con los cuidados y la ayuda hacia las personas, su desarrollo se basa en la alta responsabilidad que lleva a cabo además de las relaciones hacia las personas directamente y las exigencias que estos puedan necesitar, lo que hacen ser a este colectivo más vulnerable al estrés laboral. Circunstancias propias del trabajo desarrollado: muchas horas unidas al sufrimiento del paciente; ser el intermediario entre el paciente, el médico y la familia; soportar críticas y exigencias de ambos lados; la devaluada imagen de la profesión; el poco reconocimiento social de esta profesión y las dificultades organizativas, son el marco adecuado para que pueda instaurarse el estrés laboral con todas sus manifestaciones psicofísica y/o el síndrome burnout. Durante el desarrollo de esta investigación buscamos determinar las diferentes manifestaciones que pueda presentar el personal que labora en las distintas áreas de hospitalización, con el objetivo de identificar la prevalencia del estrés durante las horas de trabajo, así mismo las manifestaciones que determinen el síndrome de burnout.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Stress is an alteration that worldwide affects more people every time, although it is a natural and autonomous response of our body before different situations that can be threatening or challenging, when this situation is constant and exceeds the capabilities of the individual, it reaches It represents a health problem. The nursing career is directly related to care and help towards people, its development is based on the high responsibility that it carries out in addition to the relationships towards people directly and the demands that these may need, what they do to be this group more vulnerable to work stress. Circumstances characteristic of the work developed: many hours linked to the suffering of the patient; be the intermediary between the patient, the doctor and the family; endure criticism and demands from both sides; the devalued image of the profession; the little social recognition of this profession and the organizational difficulties, are the appropriate framework for the establishment of work stress with all its psychophysical and / or burnout syndrome manifestations. During the development of this research we seek to determine the different manifestations that may be presented by the personnel working in the different areas of hospitalization, in order to identify the prevalence of stress during work hours, as well as the manifestations that determine the burnout syndrome	es_ES
