| dc.description.abstract | El periodonto es una estructura que se ve afectada ante las fuerzas aplicadas en un tratamiento de ortodoncia, el cual puede verse afectado y dando paso a que se originen manifestaciones patológicas como reabsorciones óseas, recesiones gingivales entre otras patologías que alteren la salud del periodonto y si el profesional guarda relación con el empleo de estas técnicas para mover las piezas dentarias para alterar al periodonto. El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar los factores de riesgo de la recesión gingival en pacientes con tratamiento de ortodoncia. Los Métodos de este trabajo son: analítico, sintético e histórico, lógico, bibliográfico explicativo, basado en revistas de alto impacto Elseivier, Dialnet, Scielo, Medigraphic. Resultados: el acúmulo de placa bacteriana debido a un deficiente cepillado o una mala técnica, la poca colaboración del paciente al no asistir a sus controles habituales, el implemento de fuerzas ortodónticas excesivas o inadecuadas, dice que la sumatoria de varios elementos desencadenaría alteraciones en el periodonto. Conclusión: la sumatoria de varios factores como acumulo de placa bacteriana, empleo de fuerzas excesivas en el tratamiento de ortodoncia, biotipo periodontal fino son factores que pueden desencadenar en recesiones gingivales y otras afecciones al periodonto. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The periodontium is a structure that is affected by the forces applied in orthodontic treatment, which can be affected and lead to pathological manifestations such as bone resorption, gingival recession among other pathologies that alter the health of the periodontium and if the professional is related to the use of these techniques to move the teeth to alter the periodontium. The objective of this work is to determine the risk factors of gingival recession in patients with orthodontic treatment. The Methods of this work are: analytical, synthetic and historical, logical, explanatory bibliographic, based on high impact journals Elseivier, Dialnet, Scielo, Medigraphic. Results: the accumulation of bacterial plaque due to poor brushing or a bad technique, the poor collaboration of the patient by not attending his regular controls, the implementation of excessive or inadequate orthodontic forces, says that the sum of several elements would trigger alterations in the periodontium. Conclusion: the sum of several factors such as accumulation of bacterial plaque, use of excessive forces in orthodontic treatment, fine periodontal biotype are factors that can trigger gingival recession and other affections to the periodontium. | es_ES |
