| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se ha direccionado a la técnica empleada actualmente para la realización de restauraciones y de carillas en resinas fotopolimerizables con técnica mínimamente invasiva, para lograr esto debemos recordar cómo podemos elaborar, manejar estas restauraciones, indicaciones, contraindicaciones, los parámetros estéticos, conocimiento del color normal de los dientes, manejo de los materiales a utilizar, encerado de diagnóstico, mock up, técnica de tallado conservador, cómo actúan los diferentes tipos de adhesivos en el órgano dentario, tipo de material a utilizar, la técnica empleada en el caso clínico, tallado, acabado y pulido del mismo. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo demostrar el manejo armónico y estético del sector anterior con técnica mínimamente invasiva. Los avances de la odontología contemporánea han crecido a paso agigantado a nivel de los materiales odontológicos, siendo las resinas compuestas y los adhesivos los que han sufrido variaciones en su composición para mejorar sus propiedades y lograr restauraciones conservadoras. En la actualidad nos podemos dar cuenta lo importante que resulta verse bien, la sonrisa es nuestra carta de presentación en conjunto con nuestros ojos son quienes verdaderamente iluminan nuestro rostro. En conclusión, podemos decir que actualmente las resinas compuestas, los adhesivos y las nuevas técnicas pueden manejar restauraciones mucho más estéticas y conservadoras que podrían reemplazar a las cerámicas sin tener que desgastar tanto los dientes, pero también presentan ciertas limitaciones que van a depender mucho del conocimiento que tenga el profesional y así evitar fracasos a futuro | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work has been directed to the technique currently used for the realization of restorations and veneers in light-curing resins with minimally invasive technique. To achieve this we must remember how we can elaborate, handle these restorations, indications, contraindications, aesthetic parameters, knowledge of the normal color of the teeth, handling of the materials to be used, diagnostic waxing, mock up, conservative carving technique, how the different types of adhesives act on the dental organ, type of material to be used, the technique used in the clinical case, carving, finishing and polishing it. The present investigation aims to demonstrate the harmonic and aesthetic management of the previous sector with minimally invasive technique. Advances in contemporary dentistry have grown rapidly at the level of dental materials, with composite resins and adhesives having undergone variations in their composition to improve their properties and achieve conservative restorations. At present we can realize how important it is to look good, the smile is our cover letter together with our eyes and are those who truly enlighten our face. In conclusion, we can say that currently the composite resins, adhesives and new techniques can handle restorations much more aesthetic and conservative that could replace the ceramics without having to wear both the teeth, but also have certain limitations that will depend a lot on the knowledge that the professional has and thus avoid failures in the future | es_ES |
