dc.description.abstract | El aumento o disminución del líquido amniótico en el embarazo es una patología que causa determinados problemas en la salud, integridad y bienestar de la mujer o el feto. Por este motivo, en esta investigación se propuso en determinar las principales consecuencias producidas por las alteraciones del líquido amniótico en el tercer trimestre debido a la falta de conocimiento de las gestantes en el hospital especializado Matilde Hidalgo de Procel en Guayaquil durante el periodo marzo - agosto 2022. El esquema metodológico fue observacional, cuantitativo, bibliográfico, aplicado, descriptivo y de campo. Se aplicó fichas de observación; la población fue de 244 y una muestra de 244 historias clínicas de pacientes con esta patología. Entre los resultados se encontraron que el 61,48% de las pacientes tenían desconocimiento sobre la patología, el 79,33% de los fueron oligohidramnios y el grupo etario que predominó fue de 27-38 años de edad. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | The increase or decrease of amniotic fluid in pregnancy is a pathology that causes certain problems in the health, integrity and well-being of the woman or the fetus. For this reason, in this investigation it was proposed to determine the main consequences produced by the alterations of the amniotic fluid in the third trimester due to the lack of knowledge of the pregnant women in the specialized hospital Matilde Hidalgo de Procel in Guayaquil during the period March - August. 2022. The methodological scheme was observational, quantitative, bibliographic, applied, descriptive and field. Observation sheets were applied; the population was 244 and a sample of 244 medical records of patients with this pathology.
