dc.description.abstractIt is common knowledge that listening comprehension plays a chief role in communication and in the educational environment when learning a new language. But currently, it is not given the necessary relevance in the classroom, hindering the development of this skill. This fact was evidenced in the second-year BGU students of the Fiscal Educational Unit Cdmte. Rafael Moran Valverde who presented difficulties in listening comprehension in their English classes. Songs are ideal to improve this skill because they provide more meaningful learning, are a source of motivation, work memory and acquire new vocabulary. In conclusion, this study shows that songs play a significant role as a listening resource in the improvement of listening comprehension, so it is proposed to design an activity guide with songs, which allows students to improve their listening skills dynamically.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEs de conocimiento general que la comprensión auditiva cumple un rol importante al momento de aprender una nueva lengua, pero actualmente no se le da la relevancia necesaria en las aulas de clases impidiendo el desarrollo de esta habilidad. Este hecho se evidenció en los estudiantes de segundo año de BGU de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Cdmte. Rafael Moran Valverde quienes presentaron dificultades en la comprensión auditiva en sus clases de inglés. Las canciones son ideales para mejorar esta habilidad ya que proporcionan un aprendizaje más significativo, son una fuente de motivación, se trabaja la memoria y se adquiere nuevo vocabulario. En conclusión, este estudio muestra que las canciones cumplen un rol significativo como recurso auditivo en el mejoramiento de la comprensión auditiva, por esa razón la propuesta planteada consta en el diseño de una guía de actividades con canciones, permitiendo que los estudiantes mejoren su habilidad auditiva dinámicamente.es_ES
