dc.description.abstract	Los sistemas productivos necesitan ser medidos, necesitan que cada actividad esté respaldada por controles, los cuales garanticen la correcta puesta en marcha de los diferentes procesos que ejecuta el departamento de producción. Se detecta una deficiente gestión en cuanto a manejo de información y a esto se suman problemas de insatisfacción de clientes y reprocesos de trabajos mal elaborados. La metodología aplicada toma a la encuesta como el principal medio para el desarrollo de la toma de información; misma que complementándose con datos de movimientos económicos; reflejan en su análisis los diferentes aspectos que la empresa en estudio presenta como causa-problema. Las técnicas de ingeniería aplicadas como diagrama espina de pescado, análisis Pareto y 5W+2H profundizan en el análisis de la problemática y ayudan a tomar una decisión que dirija hacia la corrección de los problemas más destacados. Utilizando la matriz de decisión se procede a evaluar las diferentes alternativas de solución para el problema con mayor impacto en la empresa, luego se estructuran los formatos que ayudaran a la toma de información misma que será necesaria para medir la gestión del departamento en función de los indicadores planteados, los cuales encierran el control de calidad y control de la productividad.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The productive systems need to be measured, they need that each activity is backed by controls, which guarantee the correct start-up of the different processes that the production department executes. Deficient management is detected in terms of information management and this is compounded by problems of customer dissatisfaction and reprocessing of poorly prepared work. The applied methodology takes the survey as the main means for the development of information gathering; same as complementing with data of economic movements; They reflect in their analysis the different aspects that the company under study presents as cause-problem. The engineering techniques applied as Fishbone diagram, Pareto analysis and 5W + 2H deepen in the analysis of the problem and help to make a decision that leads towards the correction of the most outstanding problems. Using the decision matrix, we proceed to evaluate the different solution alternatives for the problem with the greatest impact on the company, then structure the formats that will help in the collection of the same information that will be necessary to measure the department's management based on the Indicators raised, which contain quality control and productivity control.	es_ES
