Resumen
La contabilidad siendo una herramienta importante dentro del convivir diario para
pequeñas y grandes empresas se ha convertido en una herramienta fundamental para la
debida toma de decisiones, el mismo que garantiza el correcto control en las actividades.
Es importante en nuestro informe incluir, los planteamientos y consideraciones propias del
Marco Conceptual y Marco Legal que sustentan este trabajo. Mediante la investigación
realizada a la Panadería Ocho Hermanos se conoció que el negocio no tenía un Sistema de
Proceso Contable adecuado para el manejo contable. Además, para obtener una
información real se utilizó técnicas como la entrevista y la observación realizadas al
personal directivo y administrativo respectivamente, con la investigación recopilada se
realizó un análisis, la misma que ayudo a establecer que si es necesario implementar un
Sistema de Proceso Contable, el mismo que proporciono información confiable que sirvió
para la acertada toma de decisiones que impulsaron el crecimiento y desarrollo de la
Panadería.
Accounting being an important tool within the daily life for small and large companies has become a fundamental tool for proper decision making, which ensures correct control in the activities. Through the investigation carried out at the Bakery Eight Brothers it was known that the business did not have an Accounting Process System suitable for accounting management. In addition, in order to obtain real information, techniques such as interviewing and observation were used for managerial and administrative personnel, respectively. With the research collected, an analysis was performed, which helped to establish that if it is necessary to implement an Accounting Process System, The same one that provided reliable information that served for the correct decision making that propelled the growth and development of the Bakery.
