dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación justifica su realización debido a los impactos financieros que está provocando la inexistencia manual de políticas y procedimientos para el manejo de los inventarios La empresa Sentansi S.A se dedica a la venta en el mercado suministros de seguridad electrónica. La necesidad de la empresa es contar con un manual de políticas y procedimientos para el manejo de los inventarios y de esta forma dinamizar el proceso operativo y recuperar los clientes que han buscado otras empresas para completar sus pedidos. El diseño de la investigación para el presente trabajo es de campo, de tipo descriptivo y analítico, lo cual permitió analizar el contexto del departamento de bodega y reconocer las debilidades manifestadas. En la recopilación y análisis de los datos obtenidos en el área de bodega se utilizaron las técnicas de encuesta, entrevista y la revisión documental. Los instrumentos de investigación fueron cuestionarios, entrevistas estructuradas y documentos utilizados en el área de bodega. La elaboración de diseño de manual de políticas y procedimientos para el manejo de los inventarios para el área de bodega le permitirá a la empresa reducir las debilidades presentadas en el área de estudio con el objetivo de mejorar la administración.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This research work justifies its realization due to the financial impacts caused by the manual non-existence of policies and procedures for inventory management. The company Sentansi S.A is engaged in the sale of electronic security supplies on the market. The need of the company is to have a manual of policies and procedures for the management of inventories and in this way to streamline the operating process and recover customers who have sought other companies to complete their orders. The design of the research for the present work is field, descriptive and analytical, which allowed analyzing the context of the winery department and recognizing the manifested weaknesses. In the collection and analysis of the data obtained in the winery area, the survey, interview and documentary review techniques were used. The research instruments were questionnaires, structured interviews and documents used in the winery area. The elaboration of a manual of policies and procedures for the management of inventories for the warehouse area will allow the company to reduce the weaknesses presented in the study area in order to improve the administration.	es_ES
