dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo mejorar la rentabilidad de la empresa TECH MAHINDRA DEL ECUADOR S.A., a través de la elaboración y aplicación de estrategias financieras, las cuales estarán diseñadas en base a las falencias que se encuentren mediante una investigación a la empresa y que estas están siendo motivo para que el desarrollo de la empresa se vea afectado y por ende la rentabilidad de la misma. La metodología utilizada en esta investigación fue de tipo descriptiva y explicativa. Para efecto de la investigación la técnica que se aplico fue la entrevista la misma que se realizó a la gerencia y al personal financiero y contable, por medio de un cuestionario utilizado como herramienta. Por tal manera de acuerdo al diagnóstico realizado a la empresa se encontraron falencias tanto en la parte administrativa como financiera. Por tal motivo se ha procedido a diseñar varias estrategias que ayuden a resolver los problemas de la empresa y por ende mejorar el desarrollo económico y rentabilidad de la misma. Este trabajo investigativo está conformado por cuatro capítulos, el primer capítulo corresponde al planteamiento del problema, el segundo al marco referencial que son las teorías que vamos a tomar como base, el tercero es la metodología y la técnica utilizada y por último el cuarto la propuesta, conclusiones y recomendaciones.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this research work is to improve the profitability of the company TECH MAHINDRA DEL ECUADOR SA, through the elaboration and application of financial strategies, which will be designed based on the shortcomings that are found through a research to the company and that These are being reason for the development of the company is affected and therefore the profitability of it. The methodology used in this investigation was descriptive and explanatory. For research purposes, the technique that was applied was the same interview that was carried out with the management and the financial and accounting personnel, by means of a questionnaire used as a tool. Therefore, according to the diagnosis made to the company, shortcomings were found both in the administrative and financial aspects. For this reason, we have proceeded to design several strategies that help solve the problems of the company and therefore improve the economic development and profitability of it. This research work is made up of four chapters, the first chapter corresponds to the problem statement, the second to the referential framework which are the theories that we are going to take as a base, the third is the methodology and the technique used and finally the fourth the proposal, conclusions and recommendations.	es_ES
