| dc.description.abstract | El presente informe se realizó bajo la modalidad de sistematización de experiencias mediante la cual se efectuó un análisis crítico y reflexivo sobre la evaluación de las actitudes de las educadoras frente a las Necesidades Educativas Especiales en el CDI “Estrellita de la Flor” ubicado en el sector de Flor de Bastión, en la ciudad de Guayaquil, con la finalidad de contribuir con reflexiones teóricas. Se propuso como pregunta eje ¿Cómo mejorar el proceso de evaluación de las actitudes de las educadoras frente a la atención de las Necesidades Educativas Especiales? donde como respuesta se plantea la importancia de evaluar necesidades de formación, siendo la actitud parte de estas necesidades, puesto que esto permite hacer valoraciones del proceso y mejorarlo; tomando en cuenta además variables psicológicas y contextuales. En la reflexión crítica se analizaron instrumentos aplicados en Fase I y II del proyecto seleccionado, identificando errores en su aplicación y demás elementos que afectaron el proceso de evaluación. Se concluyó en que los instrumentos utilizados no fueron idóneos para la población por su falta de especialización, y por ello se obtuvieron resultados poco acertados, además de no recolectar información sobre demás variables que pudieron influir en su actitud | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This report was carried out under the modality of systematization of experiences through an critical and reflexive analysis on the evaluation of educators attitudes towards Special Educational Needs in the CDI “Estrellita de la Flor” located in the sector of Flor de Bastión, in Guayaquil City, in order to contribute with theoretical reflections. The key question proposed was: ¿How to improve the process of evaluate the attitudes of educators towards the attention of Special Educational Needs? where in response of the importance of evaluate training needs, being the attitude part of these needs, allows value the process and improve it; also taking into account psychological and contextual variables. In the critical reflection, instruments applied in Phase I and II of the selected project were analyzed, identifying errors in their application and other elements that affected the evaluation process. It was concluded that the instruments used were not suitable for the population due to their lack of specialization and therefore poor results were obtained, in addition to not collecting information on other variables that could influence their attitude | es_ES |
