dc.description.abstract	En el presente trabajo analizaremos los efectos de rotación en el área de logística de una empresa de suministros de oficina. Se utilizó la metodología de sistematización de experiencias, empleando herramientas pertinentes para la recogida de información, como fuente primarias tenemos a la evaluación de desempeño y clima laboral, previamente realizadas dentro de la organización, los datos aquí recopilados sirvieron en la identificación de problemáticas internas, lo que nos ayudó a entender en una comparativa con la teoría considerada para este trabajo, el crecimiento porcentual de la rotación laboral (voluntaria o involuntaria) dentro de esta organización, que a su vez es el resultado de los efectos aquí identificados. El eje a sistematizar consiste en ¿Cuáles son los efectos de la rotación en el personal de logística en una empresa de ventas de suministros de oficina?, el objetivo principal será analizar dichos efectos y su injerencia en las funciones que desempeñan el personal de logística en una empresa de suministro de oficina. III De esta manera llegaremos a la compresión del crecimiento significativo de la rotación laboral dentro de esta institución y el cómo afecta de manera negativa a las áreas de trabajo y los colaboradores dentro de estas, considerando para su análisis categorías sociales como percepción y cognición social. En la reflexión crítica procederemos a realizar un análisis basado en el proceso vivido de los autores en su inmersión dentro de esta empresa, llegando a concluir que los procesos ejecutados dentro de esta institución han sido manejados de una manera inadecuada	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In the following work is going to be analyzed the logistics area of an office supply company. The methodology used was systematization of experiences, using relevant tools for the collection of information. As a primary source have the evaluation of performance and work environment previously carried out within the organization the data collected here served to identify internal problems, which helped to understand in a comparison with the theory considered for this work. The percentage growth of labor rotation (voluntary or involuntary) within this organization, that is the result of the effects identified here. The axis to be systematized consists of the following What are the effects of rotation on logistics staff in an office supply sales company? The main objective will be to analyze these effects and their interference in the functions performed by the staff of an office supply company. In this way is going to come to the understanding of the significant growth of labor in this institution and how this affects the negative way to the area work and their V collaborators; considering for its analysis social categories such as perception and social cognition. In the critical reflection the researchers will proceed to carry out an analysis based on the process lived by the authors in their emersion within the company, reaching to conclude the processes executed within this institution have been handled in an inappropriate manner	es_ES
