dc.description.abstract	El primer capítulo trata todo acerca del problema a investigar, su justificación, hipótesis, objetivo general y objetivos específicos del trabajo a realizar y el marco teórico. El segundo capítulo hace referencia a la visión general del Sector Agrícola, por está razón se desarrollaron temas como: La Estructura Económica del Ecuador en el cual se destaca las etapas más importantes de nuestro país; la importancia de la agricultura en el Ecuador demostrando cuanto contribuye al Producto Interno Bruto, al empleo, a la Balanza Comercial; otro tema fue la crisis alimentaria mundial y soberanía alimentaria ya que tiene estrecha relación la agricultura con la producción de alimentos en el mundo y por último se analiza la producción mundial de trigo y se determina cuales son los productores principales de este cereal. El tercer capitulo trata sobre la dinámica de la Producción de Trigo en el Ecuador del periodo 2006 – 2010, para lo cual se investigó las características del cereal, en cuales provincias se produce trigo y cuántas son las superficies sembradas, producción, rendimiento en el país y por cada región; además se determinó la demanda del cereal en el país y que cantidad se importa. En el cuarto capítulo se trata sobre producción de trigo y su incidencia en la economía ecuatoriana en algunos indicadores como son: el Producto Interno Bruto, el empleo, la Balanza Comercial. Además culmina este capítulo conociendo acerca de la política agraria del Gobierno Nacional y que perspectivas tiene con respecto a la producción de trigo en el Ecuador. Y por último, el capítulo quinto en el cual se manifiesta las conclusiones y recomendaciones con referencia al tema del presente trabajo.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The first chapter is all about the research problem , its justification , hypothesis, overall objective and specific objectives of the research and the theoretical framework . The second chapter refers to the Agricultural Sector overview , for this reason developed topics such as : The Economic Structure of Ecuador in which stands out the most important stages of our country , the importance of agriculture in Ecuador showing that it contributes Gross domestic product , employment, trade balance , another theme was the global food crisis and food sovereignty as it has close relationship between agriculture and food production in the world and finally discusses global wheat production and determines which are the main producers of this cereal. The third chapter deals with the dynamics of Wheat Production in Ecuador for the period 2006 - 2010 , for which we investigated the characteristics of cereal, in which provinces occurs , and how many wheat sown , production, performance in the country and for each region also determined cereal demand in the country and that amount is imported . In the fourth chapter focuses on wheat production and its impact on the Ecuadorian economy in some indicators such as: Gross Domestic Product , employment, trade balance . Furthermore this chapter culminates knowing about the National Government's agricultural policy and the prospects regarding wheat production in Ecuador . And finally , the fifth chapter in which is manifested the conclusions and recommendations with reference to the subject of this paper .	es_ES
