Resumen
Rio Guayas, es creada para comercialización de seguros para evitar
que el usuario en el momento de un accidente inesperado, cubierto por
las coberturas contratadas y que no tenga que arriesgar su patrimonio en
caso de un siniestro. El mercado objetivo para este proyecto serán todos
los bancos que tengan usuarios con tarjetas en la ciudad de Guayaquil y
en un futuro a nivel nacional. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se realizo un
análisis del mercado se establece las estrategias del mercado a utilizar
antes de posicionar el producto en el mercado, la matriz FODA, quienes
serian nuestros potenciales asegurados. Este estudio se realizo por medio
de encuestas, se realizo un análisis técnico donde se determina las
coberturas que se ofrecerán a los usuarios de tarjetas y la tecnología que
utilizaran para poder atenderlos. El proyecto se define y los beneficios
económicos, el monto de inversión, y se hace un análisis costo beneficio
para conocer la rentabilidad del negocio a través de una proyección de
estados de pérdidas y ganancias, la evaluación del proyecto en sus tres
escenario optimista, pésima y proyectada análisis de Riesgo donde se
define los riesgos de la empresa, de acuerdo al análisis realizado para el
lanzamiento del seguro para tarjetas de créditos y a la vez aprovechar
este nicho de mercado para ofrecer los otras líneas de negocios para
ejecutarlas como bróker de seguros de la agencia de seguros que creare.

The target market for this project are all banks with card users in the city of Guayaquil and in a future nationwide. To develop the project I make a market analysis market strategies is set to use before positioning the product on the market, the matrix SWOT who would our potential policyholders. This study was conducted by surveys, technical analysis was conducted where it is determined the coverage to be offered to cardholders and technology utilized to serve them. The project is defined and benefits economic, investment amount, and does a cost-benefit analysis for business profitability through a projection profit and loss statements, assessing the project's three optimistic scenario projected shocking and Risk analysis where define the risks of the company, according to the analysis performed for the Launch of credit card insurance and also take advantage this niche market to offer other lines of business run as insurance broker insurance agency as created.
