| dc.description.abstract | La planificación urbana en América Latina ha afectado históricamente a las zonas rurales, dando paso a la concentración urbana de forma descontrolada. La metrópoli de Guayaquil registra la tasa de crecimiento urbano más alta del Ecuador, ocupando un área urbana del 97,46%, donde solo el 2,54% de los habitantes se encuentran en la zona rural. En este estudio se hace un análisis de los principales problemas detectados en la planificación urbana de Guayaquil donde se identifican actores sociales, recursos endógenos, entre otros componentes fundamentales para el desarrollo de programas de desarrollo local, enfocados en las cinco parroquias rurales del cantón Guayaquil. . Se concluye que el desarrollo local históricamente no ha obedecido a modelos o estrategias concebidos con la participación de la academia, aunque un grupo de investigadores ha mostrado especial interés en los últimos años por acercar a la sociedad los resultados científicos obtenidos en el ámbito científico. El análisis sistémico realizado en la planificación de Guayaquil constituye una oportunidad para posicionar el territorio como una opción para el turismo rural y comunitario, considerando además las normas urbanísticas en materia de salud que ha impuesto la pandemia del COVID-19. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Urban planning in Latin America has historically affected rural areas, giving way to urban concentration in an uncontrolled way. The metropolis of Guayaquil registers the highest urban growth rate in Ecuador, occupying an urban area of 97.46%, where only 2.54% of the inhabitants are in rural areas. In this study, an analysis is made of the main problems detected in the urban planning of Guayaquil where social actors, endogenous resources, among other fundamental components for the development of local development programs, are identified, focused on the five rural parishes of Guayaquil canton. It is concluded that local development historically has not obeyed models or strategies conceived with the participation of the academy, although a group of researchers has shown special interest in recent years in bringing to society the scientific results obtained in the scientific field. The systemic analysis carried out in the planning of Guayaquil constitutes an opportunity to position the territory as an option for rural and community tourism, also considering the urban regulations regarding health that the COVID-19 pandemic has imposed. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG. | es_ES |
