dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación; diseñar un manual de procedimientos para la Escuela Particular Pablo Palacio, se realizó con el objetivo de elaborar una propuesta, que permita normalizar los procesos de un negocio familiar, para generar mayor productividad, en el área administrativa. La investigación se realizó en el cantón Guayaquil, donde está ubicada la institución, este estudio se lo aplicó de manera general a la institución, estudiando cada área, con el fin de señalar los problemas que incurrían en la informalidad del mismo; de acuerdo con la información obtenida, mediante las entrevistas dirigidas a los propietarios y colaboradores, junto a los métodos utilizados como bibliográficos, inductivos y algunas técnicas, como la entrevista y la observación directa, se pudo lograr obtener un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la institución educativa, ayudando a plantear la propuesta de mejora continua dirigiéndose al éxito. Dentro de la propuesta se elaboraron manuales de funciones y procedimientos, el cual va a servir como guía para los empleados a realizar sus funciones cumpliendo todos los procesos adecuados que se integraron al manual, con el fin de ayudar a la institución a lograr sus objetivos y metas.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present titling work; design a manual of procedures for the Pablo Palacio Private School, was carried out with the aim of developing a proposal, which allows normalizing the processes of a family business, to generate greater productivity in the administrative area. The research was carried out in the Guayaquil canton, where the institution is located, this study was applied in a general way to the institution, studying each area, in order to indicate the problems that were incurred in the informality of the same; According to the information obtained, through the interviews directed to the owners and collaborators, together with the methods used as bibliographic, inductive and some techniques, such as the interview and direct observation, it was possible to obtain a diagnosis of the current situation of the educational institution, helping to raise the proposal of continuous improvement addressing success. Within the proposal, manuals of functions and procedures were prepared, which will serve as a guide for employees to perform their functions, complying with all the appropriate processes that were integrated into the manual, in order to help the institution achieve its objectives and goals.es_ES
