dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación se ha realizado en la modalidad de sistematización de experiencia de las prácticas realizadas en el octavo semestre en la escuela Fe y Alegría “Estero Salado”, mediante el vínculo con el proyecto “Construyendo una cultura de la diversidad”. La experiencia sistematizada fue el proceso diagnóstico de la actitud docente frente a la inclusión educativa de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales. El objetivo se enfocó en valorar los instrumentos y técnicas utilizadas en el proceso diagnóstico de la actitud docente frente a la inclusión educativa de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales. El eje principal de sistematización se basó en conocer cuáles son las limitaciones y fortalezas de los instrumentos y técnicas aplicadas durante el proceso diagnóstico. La metodología empleada se fundamentó en la sistematización de experiencia desde un enfoque cualitativo. La recuperación del proceso vivido y la reflexión crítica realizada permitió determinar que los instrumentos utilizados presentan limitaciones y fortalezas en cuanto a su estructura categorial. Entre los resultados de análisis más relevantes se encontró que los docentes poseen poca preparación y estrategias para afrontar las NEE, además que no existe un equipo interdisciplinario para trabajar sobre las adaptaciones curriculares para cada caso que se presente. Por lo antes descrito, ocasiona que los docentes presenten diversos tipos de actitudes, tales como: positivas, negativas, reactivas o colaboradoras, frente a las NEE de cada estudiantees_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present degree work has been carried out in the modality of systematization of the experience of the practices carried out in the eighth semester in the Fe y Alegría "Estero Salado" School, through the link with the project "Building a culture of diversity". The systematized experience was the diagnostic process of the teaching attitude towards the educational inclusion of students with special educational needs. The objective was focused on evaluating the instruments and techniques used in the diagnosing teachers’ attitudes towards the educational inclusion of students with special educational needs. The main axis of systematization was based on knowing the limitations and strengths of the instruments and techniques applied during the diagnostic process. The methodology used was based on the systematization of experience from a qualitative approach. The recovery of the lived process and the critical reflection carried out allowed to determine that the instruments used present limitations and strengths in terms of their categorical structure. Among the most relevant analysis results, it was found that teachers have little preparation and strategies to face NEE, and that there is no interdisciplinary team to work on the curricular adaptations for each case that is presented. As described above, it causes teachers to have various types of attitudes, such as: positive, negative, reactive or collaborative, towards each student’s NEEes_ES
