dc.description.abstract	El consumo de sustancias psicoactivas influye de manera negativa en todas las esferas del desenvolvimiento humano, sobre todo, en la etapa de desarrollo de la adolescencia. Hay evidencia científica donde muestra que, las estrategias cognitivas de regulación emocional (ECRE) se ven afectadas en pacientes con trastorno por consumo de sustancias y verse agravada cuando el paciente es policonsumidor. Por otro lado, también se ha podido demostrar que, el uso de tabaco o alcohol en etapa de abstinencia puede llevar al paciente a recaer en el consumo de la sustancia por la que recibió el tratamiento (marihuana, cocaína, heroína, etc). El objetivo de la investigación aquí reportada fue describir la relación que existe entre las ECRE y la comorbilidad con el número de recaída. Los instrumentos utilizados para medir la asociación entre las variables de interés fueron: (1) Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionary (CER-Q) que evalúa nueve estrategias de regulación emocional cognitiva, (2) MULTICAGE-CAD-4 que evalúa ocho tipos de consumo y por el cual la persona percibe un malestar subjetivo hacia el consumo de alcohol, drogas, juego patológico, Internet, videojuegos, gasto compulsivo, trastornos de la alimentación y sexo y, (3) el número de recaídas que tuvo el paciente desde que inició su primer tratamiento. La muestra estuvo conformada por 16 adolescentes policonsumidores y reincidentes de un tratamiento Residencial. Se ejecutó un análisis estadístico mediante JASP y se consideró la correlación de Pearson en la que se obtuvo como resultado la asociación negativa entre el número de recaídas y la aceptación como ECRE	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The consumption of psychoactive substances negatively influences all spheres of human development, especially in the adolescent development stage. There is scientific evidence that shows that cognitive emotional regulation (CER) strategies are affected in patients with substance use disorder and are aggravated when the patient is an alcohol consumer. On the other hand, it has also been possible to demonstrate that the use of tobacco or alcohol in the withdrawal stage can lead the patient to fall into the consumption of the substance for which he received the treatment (marijuana, cocaine, heroin, etc.). The objective of the research reported here was to describe the relationship between CER and comorbidity with the number of relapses. The instruments used to measure the association between the variables of interest were: (1) Emotional cognitive regulation questionnaire (CER-Q) that assesses nine emotional cognitive regulation strategies, (2) MULTICAGE-CAD-4 that evaluates eight types of consumption and by which the person perceives a subjective discomfort towards the consumption of alcohol, drugs, pathological gambling, Internet, videogames, compulsive spending, eating and sexual disorders and (3) the number of relapses that the patient had since he began his First treatment The sample consisted of 16 teenage poly-consumers and repeat offenders of residential treatment. A statistical analysis was performed using JASP and Pearson's correlation was considered in which the negative association between the number of relapses and acceptance as ECRE was obtained	es_ES
