dc.description.abstractLa educación en el Ecuador realiza profundos cambios de acuerdo a la actualidad en que se vive. Este proyecto sobre el liderazgo directivo en el clima organizacional, presenta uno de los problemas que afecta a los estudiantes. Anteriormente el área administrativa era que el director daba las órdenes y se ejecutaban, actualmente el líder directivo, es motivador de sus docentes, estudiantes y representantes legales. Este proyecto se desarrolla en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal “Hideyo Noguchi”, 2018 - 2019, cuyo objetivo es determinar la importancia del liderazgo directivo en el clima organizacional, utilizando un diseño de investigación de tipo bibliográfico, aplicando entrevistas y encuestas a directivo, docentes y representantes legales, en tablas y gráficas con sus conclusiones y recomendaciones. La propuesta es la elaboración de una guía de administración educativa con enfoque en roles y funciones dirigida a docentes y promover la calidad del clima organizacional entre los miembros de esta instituciónes_ES
dc.description.abstractEducation in Ecuador makes profound changes according to the current situation in which they live. This project on managerial leadership in the organizational climate, presents one of the problems that affects students. Previously the administrative area was that the director gave the orders and they were executed, at the moment the directive leader, is motivator of his teachers, students and legal representatives. This project is developed in the Educational Unit "Hideyo Noguchi", 2018 - 2019, whose objective is to determine the importance of leadership in the organizational climate, using a bibliographic research design, applying interviews and surveys to managers, teachers and representatives legal, in tables and graphs with their conclusions and recommendations. The proposal is the development of an educational administration guide with a focus on roles and functions aimed at teachers and promote the quality of the organizational climate among the members of this institution.es_ES
