dc.description.abstractEste proyecto, se realizó en la Unidad Educativa “Joaquín Gallegos Lara”, para conocer mediante la investigación cómo se efectuaba la comunicación departamental y la situación conflicto que se presenta es la mínima comunicación entre los departamentos administrativos de la institución, cuyo objetivo es determinar la importancia del uso de las tics como resultado de este trabajo a través de la implementación de métodos tanto cualitativos como cuantitativos, de campo y análisis estadístico, utilizando técnicas e instrumentos de investigación como la entrevista al directivo, que determinó existe una mínima comunicación que afecta en el desarrollo de los procesos inherentes a la administración. Se hizo el estudio bibliográfico que fundamenta las teorías por ello se propone el block de procedimientos para directivos departamentales utilizando las tics informáticases_ES
dc.description.abstractThis project was carried out in the Educational Unit "Joaquín Gallegos Lara", to know by means of the investigation how the departmental communication was made and the conflict situation that is presented is the minimum communication between the administrative departments of the institution, whose objective is to determine the importance of the use of tics as a result of this work through the implementation of both qualitative and quantitative methods, field and statistical analysis, using techniques and research tools such as the interview with the manager, which determined there is minimal communication that affects the development of the processes inherent to the administration. The bibliographic study that bases the theories was made, therefore the block of procedures for departmental managers using the computer tics is proposed.es_ES
