| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realizó en el departamento contable de la empresa Transpibersa, donde en los dos últimos años se presentan inconsistencias, errores, omisión en la presentación de información financiera, que trajo como consecuencia elevadas sanciones y notificaciones de clausura por concepto de declaraciones tributarias presentadas fuera de los periodos establecidos. La metodología utilizada fue descriptiva se pudo determinar mediante encuestas y entrevistas a una muestra de empleados del departamento contable, en cuyas respuestas se pudo evidenciar la problemática existente en el funcionamiento operativo ya que existen falencias en los controles de la información financiera por el desconocimiento del personal en el manejo del sistema contable Panaceasoft. El propósito de este trabajo investigativo es diseñar un manual operativo para ser aplicado al personal del área contable, que incluya un proceso de capacitaciones constantes, y una posible inversión para mejorar la infraestructura del área contable con la finalidad de disminuir la problemática existente. | es_ES |
