dc.description.abstract	Es necesario enfatizar que el matrimonio se va venido contrayendo sin distinción, sin preparación y sin el suficiente conocimiento lo que conlleva al divorcio, provocando daños psicológicos, al odio o al resentimiento afectando ala familia y sobre todo a los hijos ya que ellos son los más afectados cuando se produce la disolución conyugal, esto conlleva en algunos casos a la depresión ya que la parte afectada no pueden superar esta abandono injustificado provocando hasta el suicidio ya que las partes afectada no están preparadas por el repentino abandono. La institución jurídica del divorcio es de gran trascendencia en nuestra legislación, ha sido y es materia de análisis y en este sentido el divorcio solo puede demandarse por las causales previamente establecidos en la ley el artículo 10 causal nueve del código civil ecuatoriano, por eso hago énfasis en crear un departamento de ayuda psicología para esta problemática.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	It is necessary to emphasize that marriage has been contracted without distinction, without preparation and without sufficient knowledge what leads to divorce, causing psychological damage, hatred or resentment affecting the family and especially the children since they are the most affected when the conjugal dissolution occurs, this leads in some cases to depression because the affected party can not overcome this unjustified abandonment leading to suicide as the affected parties are not prepared by the sudden abandonment. The legal institution of divorce is of great importance in our legislation, has been and is subject of analysis and in this sense divorce can only be sued for the reasons previously established in the law Article 10 causal nine of the Ecuadorian civil code, that's why I do emphasis on creating a psychology help department for this problem.	es_ES
