Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó en Unidad educativa liceo los andes en donde se encontró limitaciones en su sistema de transición defensiva en el baloncesto. Para comenzar con el proceso, se aplicaran técnicas adecuadas al nivel de desempeño, que tienen los deportistas Los resultados de este estudio permitirán determinar el avance que se tendrán en cada práctica la adquisición de habilidades y destrezas, para la recuperación del balón. Al analizar las temporadas de participación en la categoría de 13 a 15 años se ha detectado jugadas en que los medios defensivos no son aprovechados en su máximo en los partidos. La que se realizara investigación será de nivel o modo descriptivo. La propuesta será la elaboración de un programa de entrenamiento en la fase de transición defensiva en el baloncesto en edades formativas,
complementando el desarrollo de los objetivos, este fundamento es de gran importancia para definir muchas veces un resultado de un encuentro de baloncesto
