dc.description.abstract	El siguiente trabajo tiene como metodología “Sistematización de Experiencias Prácticas”, se dio en base a la información recabada del centro de desarrollo integral ‘Lindos Horizontes’ ubicado en la ciudad de Guayaquil en el periodo 2018-2019. El objetivo fue el análisis de la información referente a intervención de docentes y familiares, mediante la observación de estrategias que ellos implementaron para el desarrollo de una cultura de inclusión. Se trabajó con docentes, responsables de brindar atención priorizando la diversidad cultural, equidad de género e inclusión y la familia, ya que el contexto familiar influye en el desarrollo óptimo y adecuado de los niños. Las estrategias observadas estuvieron asociadas a recursos utilizados en forma práctica para fomentar la formación integral de la población atendida. No obstante, se evidenció un déficit de conocimiento en los padres sobre la cultura inclusiva, mismo que es necesario ya que por medio de la cultura, los valores y el poder de la comunidad se promueve la inclusión como una forma de ser y hacer cotidiano	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The following work has the methodology of "Systematization of Practical Experiences", based on the information gathered from the ‘Lindos Horizontes’ comprehensive development center located in the city of Guayaquil in the period 2018-2019. The objective was the analysis of the information regarding the intervention of teachers and family members, through the observation of strategies that they implemented for the development of a culture of inclusion. We worked with teachers, responsible for providing care prioritizing cultural diversity, gender equity and inclusion and the family, since the family context influences the optimal and appropriate development of children. The observed strategies related to the resources used in a practical way to promote the comprehensive training of the population served. However, there is evidence of a deficit of knowledge in parents about inclusive culture, what is necessary and what is the medium of culture, values and the power of the community, inclusion is promoted as a way of being and doing every day	es_ES
