dc.description.abstract	En las últimas tres décadas, la preocupación con la estética de modo global pasó a ocupar un lugar de destaque en nuestras vidas. En odontología no podría haber sido diferente y los pacientes pasaron a asumir la necesidad de tener una sonrisa armoniosa como requisito para la buena convivencia en la sociedad. Debemos comprender que la función y la estética necesitan caminar juntas y basados en eso buscar desarrollar nuestro trabajo. Es por ese motivo que debemos contar con los instrumentales y equipos necesarios dependiendo de la necesidad del paciente El manejo y conocimiento del instrumental de uso dental es imprescindible en la práctica clínica diaria Ya que estos se utilizan para la realización de la función para la que está diseñado el instrumento. Dependiendo del tipo de instrumental variará la forma de la misma, en el que se describe una serie de instrumentos cortantes rotatorios, los cuales van colocados en las piezas de mano y contraángulo. En este proyecto se da a conocer las diferentes habilidades necesarias para manejar el instrumental altamente especializado que se usan para reconstruir piezas dentarias.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In the past three decades , the concern with the aesthetics of globally came to occupy a prominent place in our lives. In dentistry could not have been different and the patients went to assume the need for a harmonious smile as a requirement for good relations in society. We must understand the function and aesthetics need to walk together and based on that seek to develop our work. It is for this reason that we have the backing and equipment needed depending on the patient's need Knowledge management and use of dental instruments is essential in daily clinical practice Since these are used to perform the function for which the instrument is designed .
