Resumen
La mediación, al ser un proceso de diálogo, se constituye en una estrategia
para resolver conflictos entre varias personas en el contexto educativo,
consecuentemente debe ser aplicada como una estrategia del aprendizaje para
mejorar los proceso de enseñanza, en beneficio de los estudiantes. Sin
embargo surge el problema de la investigación porque los docentes por su
desconocimiento no aplican la mediación como una estrategia en la educación,
puesto que el fundamento teórico evidencia los parámetros en el sistema
educativo, así mismo la metodología está orientada para la descripción del
tema de la investigación, pero frente al problema se trata de propender y
proporcionar alternativas de solución con la propuesta que se evidencia.
En general se interpreta a la mediación como un proceso informal, donde un
tercero neutral, que actúa de forma imparcial entre los implicados, sin poder
para imponer una solución, ni juzgar sobre los puntos del conflicto, participa
con las personas, para alcanzar un acuerdo mutuamente aceptable La mediación está ganando peso frente a otras formas de intervención, como
alternativa a las medidas disciplinarias y como forma de prevención de
agresiones. En este contexto el mediador puede ser un alumno, un profesor, el
director, padres o madres…en función del tipo de conflicto y de las personas
implicadas en él.
Un Programa de Mediación puede estar dirigido a la capacitación de Directivos,
Docentes, Personal de las Instituciones Educativas, Alumnos o Padres y
apunta a que estos posean herramientas más propicias para desempeñar
tareas de mediación entre los miembros de la comunidad educativa. Cuando
la mediación como técnica se incorpora dentro de la cultura de la institución
educativa, es más fácil para todos y en especial para los mediadores
implementar su práctica
The mediation, to the being a process of dialog, is constituted in a strategy to solve conflicts between several persons in the educational context, consistently it must be applied as a strategy of the learning to improve the process of education, in benefit of the students. Nevertheless the problem of the investigation arises because the teachers for his ignorance do not apply the mediation as a strategy in the education, since the theoretical foundation demonstrates the parameters in the educational system, likewise the methodology is orientated for the description of the topic of the investigation, but opposite to the problem it is a question of tending and provide alternatives of solution with the offer that is demonstrated. In general it is interpreted to the mediation as an informal process, where a neutral third party, which acts of impartial form between the implied ones without being able to impose a solution, nor to judge on the points of the conflict, takes part with the persons, to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. The mediation is gaining weight opposite to other forms of intervention, as alternative to the disciplinary measures and as form of prevention of aggressions. In this context the mediator can be a pupil, a teacher, the director, parents or mothers … depending on the type of conflict and of the persons involved in him. A Program of Mediation can be directed the training of Executives, Teachers, Personnel of the Educational Institutions, Pupils or Parents and points that these possess more propitious tools to recover tasks of mediation between the members of the educational community. When the mediation like technology joins inside the culture of the educational institution, it is easier for all and especially for the mediators to implement his practice.
