dc.description.abstract	This research is focused on the influence of mnemonic strategies on the appropriation of the vocabulary of the English language in eighth grade students of basic education of the Unidad Educativa Particular Minerva, school year 2022 - 2023; through the use of instruments such as observation, student survey and teacher interviews, the insufficiency in the use of mnemonic strategies in the classroom and the difficulty presented by the students to memorize and apply the vocabulary taught was evidenced. Similarly, the variables were investigated and developed theoretically through historical background, theoretical, legal and contextual foundations; from this research a didactic guide is suggested for the teacher based on the correct use of mnemonic strategies focused on the appropriation of English vocabulary level A1 as a second language, giving a practical perspective for effective communicative interaction.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación está centrada en la influencia de las estrategias nemotécnicas en la apropiación del vocabulario del idioma inglés en los estudiantes de octavo año de educación básica de la Unidad Educativa Particular Minerva periodo lectivo 2022 – 2023; mediante el uso de instrumentos tales como la observación, encuesta a los estudiantes y entrevista al docente, se evidenció la insuficiencia en el uso de las estrategias nemotécnicas en el aula y la dificultad que presentaron los estudiantes para memorizar y aplicar el vocabulario impartido. De igual manera, se investigó y desarrolló de forma teórica las variables a través de antecedentes históricos, fundamentación teórica, legal y contextual; a partir de esta investigación se sugiere una guía didáctica dirigida al docente basada en el correcto uso de las estrategias nemotécnicas enfocadas a la apropiación del vocabulario del idioma inglés nivel A1 como segunda lengua, dándole una perspectiva practica para una interacción comunicativa eficaz.	es_ES
