dc.description.abstractThis research project was carried out to identify the influence of the Scanning technique on reading comprehension in English of the students of the First year of Baccalaureate of the Educational Institution "Provincia Del Azuay", school year 2021 - 2022, some of whom presented deficiencies in this skill. The types of research used in this work are: descriptive, explanatory, and non-experimental. Different methods were used to carry out this research such as: analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive, statistical methods, in addition to instruments such as interviews, surveys and observation guide. These instruments were applied to the teacher and the students to collect and corroborate information. In relation to the results of this research, it was determined that the use of the scanning technique would help students improve their reading skills. The proposal of this thesis is the design of a didactic guide with the exploration technique in reading comprehension for level A2.2.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEste proyecto de investigación fue realizado para identificar la influencia de la técnica Scanning en la comprensión lectora del idioma inglés de los estudiantes del Primer año de Bachillerato de la Institución Educativa “Provincia Del Azuay”, año escolar 2021 - 2022, quienes algunos presentaron deficiencias en esta habilidad. Los tipos de investigación utilizados en este trabajo son: descriptiva, explicativa, y no experimental. Fueron utilizados distintos métodos para la realización de esta investigación tales como: análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo, métodos estadísticos, además de los instrumentos como entrevistas, encuestas y guía de observación. Estos instrumentos fueron aplicadas al docente y a los estudiantes para recoger y corroborar información. En relación con los resultados de esta investigación, se determinó́que el uso de la técnica del escaneo ayudara a los estudiantes a mejorar su destreza lectora. La propuesta de esta tesis es el diseño de una guía didáctica con la técnica de exploración en comprensión lectora para el nivel A2.2es_ES
