Resumen
El presente trabajode titulación contieneinformación sobre el diseño, desarrollo y evaluación de un modelo de conservación y preservación digital para una notaría de la ciudad de Guayaquil, el cual está basado en un repositorio digital que fue implementado con la herramienta de software libre Dspace, dicho sistema permitirá guardar documentos a largo plazo, conservando la integridad de los mismos, además cabe recalcar que la mayoría de instituciones públicas y privadas utilizan esta herramienta para el almacenamiento de su contenido. La elaboración delmodelo se ve como necesidad para una notaría de la ciudad de Guayaquil, debido a todadocumentaciónque manejan, al sistema de respaldo, y la importancia de la conservación de todo su contenido. En su desarrollo se plantea el funcionamiento de los repositorios digitales, sus basesde datos, los tipos y atributos del documentoque permiten identificar su autenticidad.Los componentesutilizadospara la creación de este modelode conservación y preservación digital son confiables, por lo que al final se comprobará con el prototipo su correcto funcionamiento.Este repositorio puede ser usado para distintas instituciones que manejen abundante información documental yrequieran un respaldo seguroconservando la integridad de sus documentos a largo plazo.
This degree work contains information on the design, development and evaluation of a digital conservation and preservation model for a notary in the city of Guayaquil, which is based on a digital repository that was implemented with the free software tool called Dspace, this system will allow to save documents in the long term, keeping their integrity, and it should also be noted that most public and private institutions use this tool to store their content. The elaboration of the model is seen as a necessity for a notary of the city of Guayaquil, due to all the documentation they handle, the backup system, and the importance of the conservation of all their archives. In its development, the operation of the digital repositories, its databases, the types and attributes of the document that identify their authenticity are proposed. The components used for the creation of this digital preservation and preservation model are reliable, so in the end its correct functioning will be checked with the prototype. This repository can be used for different institutions that handle abundant documentary information and require secure backup while preserving the integrity of their documents in the long term.
