Resumen
Este proyecto de investigación fue direccionado a los estudiantes del tercer año del Bachillerato Técnico de la Unidad Educativa Universitaria Francisco Huerta Rendón de Guayaquil, lugar donde se detectó un bajo nivel en su formación investigativa que representa un factor negativo en el desarrollo de las aptitudes de emprendimiento impartidas en las cátedras del plantel. Las actividades prácticas en el plantel sobre gestión empresarial que permitan reforzar los contenidos impartidos en clases, están ausentes, limitando potenciar el perfil profesional del bachiller y su competitividad en el sector laboral. Esto motivó un estudio minucioso de la problemática, con el fin de encontrar soluciones permanentes para el desarrollo emprendedor impulsado en el salón de aprendizajes. Por tal razón se realizó una investigación de campo, para extraer información mediante encuestas y entrevistas a los actores inmersos en el conflicto, determinando un diagnóstico. Luego se elaboró la propuesta Módulo: Habilidad en la producción del conocimiento
This research project was addressed to students of the third year of the Technical Baccalaureate of the Francisco Huerta Rendón University Educational Unit of Guayaquil, where a low level of research was detected, which represents a negative factor in the development of entrepreneurship skills. taught in the chairs of the campus. The practical activities in the campus on business management that allow to reinforce the contents taught in classes, are absent, limiting the professional profile of the bachelor and its competitiveness in the labor sector. This motivated a thorough study of the problem, in order to find permanent solutions for the entrepreneurial development promoted in the learning room. For this reason, a field investigation was carried out to extract information through surveys and interviews with the actors immersed in the conflict, determining a diagnosis. Then, the proposed Module: Skill in the production of knowledge was elaborated.
