dc.description.abstract	Considerando la situación actual del cantón Pedro Carbo, donde el desarrollo del comercio en el espacio público denominado Bahía ubicado en el casco comercial, presenta una problemática derivada de factores como la falta de funcionalidad, carencia de estética y por las condiciones desfavorables de las pequeñas infraestructuras existentes ya que no permiten el óptimo desarrollo de las labores diarias de los comerciantes y del público que recurre a este sitio, provocando incomodidad y a su vez disminuyendo el interés de los habitantes y de visitantes. El objetivo de la investigación, es brindar un mobiliario urbano comercial que integre funcionalidad, estética y confort con mira a satisfacer las necesidades del comerciante y del público. La metodología implica bibliografía referente al tema, entrevistas y observación donde se determinaron los factores a considerar en el diseño del espacio y del mobiliario urbano comercial, con el fin de llenar las expectativas de los sujetos a quienes va dirigida esta investigación. Es por esto que se realizó una propuesta de redistribución y readecuación del espacio, incluyendo el diseño de dos tipos de mobiliario urbano multiuso para actividades comerciales, con mobiliario de exhibición interior y exterior para tres tipos de comercio existentes en el sitio, estos son: la venta de ropa, artículos de bazar y zapatos que reemplazarán las instalaciones existentes.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Considering the current situation of the Canton Pedro Carbo, where the development of commerce in the public space called Bahia located in the commercial hull, presents a problem derived from factors such as lack of functionality, lack of aesthetics and the unfavorable conditions of existing small infrastructures already Which do not allow the optimum development of the daily work of the merchants and the public that resorts to this site, causing discomfort and at the same time diminishing the interest of the inhabitants and visitors. The objective of the research is to provide commercial street furniture that integrates functionality, aesthetics and comfort with a view to satisfying the needs of the merchant and the public. The methodology involves bibliography referring to the subject, interviews and observation where the factors to be considered in the design of the space and the commercial urban furniture were determined in order to fill the expectations of the subjects to whom this research is directed. That is why a proposal was made for the redistribution and readjustment of the space, including the design of two types of multipurpose urban furniture for commercial activities with interior and exterior exhibition furniture for three types of commerce existing on the site, these are: the sale Clothing, bazaar items and shoes that would replace existing facilities.	es_ES
