Resumen
En la Unidad Educativa los niños(as) no concentran su atención se muestran
distraídos e indiferentes, lloran con facilidad y otros demuestran su agresividad
o que afectan al grupo , esta problemática son dificultades que se han
evidenciado en algunos casos, porque no son atendidos adecuadamente por sus
padres, demuestran la necesidad de afecto y la falta de cariño no son
comprendidos por los docentes ni por los padres de familia, por la falta de
tiempo no destinado a estos pequeños, donde la falta de atención y cariño
confunde y perturba su estabilidad. Es importante encontrar las verdaderas
causas que están provocando la baja auto estima dejando al niño excluido de la
clase, dentro de la vida educativa productiva, que en determinados momentos se
vuelve tediosa y al mismo tiempo, puede ser el inicio de una deserción escolar
; y esto se complica más cuando el docente no tiene la capacidad de manejar
esta situación, es allí donde los pequeños, manifiestan sus dificultades
emocionales o comportamiento con sus compañeros y en la familia, nadie se
percata de lo que está pasando. Por ello es conveniente seguir un proceso de
diagnóstico, que determine las causas que provocan estas dificultades, es
indispensable esclarecer si los problemas manifestados son reflejo del problema
principal o si son debido a la falta de atención hacia ellos. Para dar solución a este
problema, es importante en este proceso empezar el dialogo con padres y madres
de familia, para analizar de forma adecuada y oportuna el fenómeno que viene
presentándose con los niños(as). La metodología para confirmar el problema, está
centrada en la investigación de campo a los docentes y madres de familia ya que
no tienen una guía ni los conocimientos necesarios para orientarlos por lo que
resulta interesante, la propuesta es una guía para docentes y madres de familia
que sirva como orientación para dar una mejor atención a los niños(as).

It is important to find the real causes that are causing low self esteem leaving the child aside, within the productive educational life, which at certain times becomes tedious and at the same time can be the beginning of a dropout; and this is complicated even more when the teacher does not have the capacity to handle this is where small, express their emotional difficulties or behavior with peers and family and no one is aware of what is happening. It should therefore follow a diagnostic process to determine the causes of these difficulties it is essential to clarify whether the problems expressed are a reflection of the main problem or are due to lack of attention to them. To solve this problem is important in the process to start with parents and mothers to analyze adequately and timely manner the phenomenon that is appearing with children (as). The methodology to confirm the problem, is focused on this field research teachers and mothers because they do not have a guide nor the knowledge to guide them so interesting the proposal is a guide for teachers and mothers who serve as guidance to give better care to children (as).
