Resumen
La educación en el Ecuador realiza profundos cambios de acuerdo a la actualidad en que se vive. Este proyecto sobre el liderazgo directivo en el clima organizacional, presenta uno de los problemas que afecta a los estudiantes. Anteriormente el área administrativa era que el director daba las órdenes y se ejecutaban, actualmente el líder directivo, es motivador de sus docentes, estudiantes y representantes legales. Este proyecto se desarrolla en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal “Hideyo Noguchi”, 2018 - 2019, cuyo objetivo es determinar la importancia del liderazgo directivo en el clima organizacional, utilizando un diseño de investigación de tipo bibliográfico, aplicando entrevistas y encuestas a directivo, docentes y representantes legales, en tablas y gráficas con sus conclusiones y recomendaciones. La propuesta es la elaboración de una guía de administración educativa con enfoque en roles y funciones dirigida a docentes y promover la calidad del clima organizacional entre los miembros de esta institución
Education in Ecuador makes profound changes according to the current situation in which they live. This project on managerial leadership in the organizational climate, presents one of the problems that affects students.
