Resumen
El objetivo de este proyecto es dar a conocer la importancia de la
comunicación asertiva en el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional en los
niños de 4 a 5 años. Durante la infancia, el niño debe aprender a entender
sus emociones para que logre actuar emocional y cognitivamente de
manera asertiva, adaptándose y enfrentando las situaciones que se
presentan día a día para así obtener mejores resultados de estas. Cuando
el adulto pone en práctica una comunicación eficaz y eficiente con el niño,
su inteligencia, motivación y ganas de aprender aumentarán porque habrá
niños más felices emocionalmente, capaces de comprender y canalizar sus
emociones con actitud positiva. A partir de esta afirmación, se torna
necesario investigar más a fondo, a través de los instrumentos
investigativos, el conocimiento de los padres de familia y de los docentes
con el fin de brindar solución al problema con una guía didáctica para
padres.
The objective of this project is to publicize the importance of assertive communication in the development of emotional intelligence in children between 4 and 5 years old. During childhood, the child must learn to understand his emotions so that he can act emotionally and cognitively in an assertive way, adapting and facing the situations that arise every day in order to have better results from them. When the adult puts into practice effective and efficient communication with the child, their intelligence, motivation and desire to learn will increase because there will be more emotionally happy children, capable of understanding and channeling their emotions with a positive attitude. Based on this statement, it becomes necessary to further investigate, through research instruments, the knowledge of parents and teachers in order to provide a solution to the problem with a didactic guide for parents.
