Resumen
El propósito de esta tesis es la formación docente atreves de Talleres de
Desarrollo Humano para mejorar el ambiente escolar de los estudiantes
de la Unidad Educativa Franciscana “San Antonio” en la ciudad de
Milagro. La metodología aplicada tiene como base el método científico
con el aporte de otros métodos. Se ha utilizado fuentes primarias y
secundarias, las primeras se han recogido a través de las técnicas:
cuestionarios,
Sabiendo la importancia del desarrollo humano en el campo educativo y
en las vidas de los educandos, nos vemos en la obligación y necesidad
de crear talleres de desarrollo personal para que los adolescentes puedan
integrarse al ambiente escolar y la sociedad. El Taller desarrollo
personal, beneficiará a los docentes y a los estudiantes quienes tomaran
conciencia de los valores, necesidades, cualidades y utilidad que tienen
los mismos. Por lo expuesto se concluye que el desarrollo humano es
parte fundamental de la formación de adolescentes activos y críticos,
analíticos y positivamente más libres en la sociedad, para que los
adolescentes más que todo les favorece a valorar lo abstracto y lo
inexistente orientándolos para el futuro.

For the exposed thing one concludes that the human development is a fundamental part of the formation of active and critical, analytical and positively freer teenagers in the company, in order that the teenagers more than everything are favored by it to valuing the abstract thing and the non-existent thing orientating them for the future.
