Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo titulado LA GESTIÓN DIRECTIVA EN LA
INCLUSIÓN EDUCATIVA, fue motivación del investigador, cuya finalidad
consistió en resaltar la realidad actual del Centro de Educación Básica # 33
“Amazonas”, ubicado en las calles Baquerizo Moreno y Mendiburo, con
respecto al manejo de diversos casos de estudiantes con Necesidades
Educativas Especiales no asociadas a discapacidad. Para ello se determinó
como objetivo de la misma “Determinar la incidencia de la gestión
administrativa en la inclusión educativa, mediante la investigación
bibliográfica y de campo, para el diseño de un manual de gestión”, lo cual
fue posible mediante la aplicación de instrumentos investigativos capaces
de dar respuesta oportuna a la investigación. Una vez aplicadas las
técnicas de recopilación de datos se obtuvo información fidedigna que
demuestra la realidad actual institucional al respecto de las necesidades
educativas especiales no asociadas a discapacidad.
The present investigative work titled THE MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT IN THE EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION, was motivation of the researcher, whose purpose was to highlight the current reality of the Basic Education Center # 33 "Amazonas", located in the streets Baquerizo Moreno and Mendiburo, with respect to the handling of diverse cases of students with Special Educational Needs not associated to disability. To this end, the objective of the study was "Determine the incidence of administrative management in educational inclusion, through bibliographic and field research, for the design of a management manual ", which was possible through the application of investigative instruments able to give a timely response to the investigation. Once the data collection techniques were applied, reliable information was obtained that demonstrates the current institutional reality in relation to special educational needs not associated with disability.
