Resumen
La educación en la actualidad es un medio activo que se preocupa de
desarrollar la destrezas y habilidades de los estudiantes que permiten
potenciar su capacidad crítica, elevar su autoestima y contribuir a su
formación integral por medio de la motivación y creatividad, como parte
fundamental en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje el mismo que debe
contar con una guía didáctica y las técnicas, recursos y métodos
adecuados para su aplicación, debiendo constar en el plan curricular
institucional como aporte a la educación básica. El grado de dificultad de
las actividades motivacionales y creativas deben estar bien conducidas
por los docentes, como las técnicas y estrategias etc., son recursos
motivacionales idóneos para los estudiante. El docente es el artífice de la
motivación y creatividad en el aula, de él depende la atención que los
estudiantes presten a la clase y el rendimiento que obtenga hasta
terminar la clase. Cabe recalcar que los estudiantes deben ser motivados
constantemente para realizar las diferentes actividades curriculares y
extracurriculares contribuyendo de esa manera con su madurez
emocional afianzando en ellos, la confianza, autonomía y perseverancia
para ser ganadores y los próximos constructores de la educación de
calidad así como lo exige actualmente el medio en que se desenvuelven.
The education at the present time is a half active one that worries about developing the dexterities and the students' abilities that allow to develop its critical capacity, to elevate its self-esteem and to contribute to its integral formation by means of the motivation and creativity, like fundamental part in the process of teaching learning the same one that should have a didactic guide and the techniques, resources and appropriate methods for its application, should consist in the institutional curricular plan as contribution to the basic education. The grade of difficulty of the activities motivation and creative they should be very driven for the educational ones, as the techniques and strategies etc., they are resources suitable motivation for the student. The educational one is the author of the motivation and creativity in the classroom, of him the attention that the students pay to the class and the yield that he/she obtains until finishing the class depends. It is necessary to emphasize that the students should constantly be motivated to carry out the different curricular and extracurricular activities contributing in that way with their emotional maturity securing in them, the trust, autonomy and perseverance to be winning and the next manufacturers of the education of quality as well as it demands it at the moment the means in that you, they are unwrapped.
