Resumen
El siguiente trabajo propone el desarrollo de un plan estratégico, que permita alcanzar a corto y mediano plazo mejoras en los indicadores administrativo e infraestructura del centro de diagnóstico clínico quirúrgico (CENDIACQ). El plan elaborado parte del modelo del proceso de administración estratégica, definiendo la misión y la visión de la empresa. Luego se realiza un análisis competitivo externo de la organización para identificar las oportunidades y amenazas, seguido de un análisis interno para identificar las fortalezas y debilidades. Mediante el análisis FODA, se definen las estrategias a seguir que aprovechen las fortalezas de la organización y que corrijan las debilidades con el fin de tomar ventajas de las oportunidades y contrarrestarlas amenazas externas. Luego se establecen los objetivos, indicadores y metas a alcanzar. Para luego elaborar el planteamiento de las estrategias que permita finalmente elaborar el plan de actividades a seguir para hacer realidad las estrategias sugeridas para la organización. Lo que se persigue en la elaboración de este trabajo es presentar un proceso metodológico de una correcta planificación estratégica contribuyendo así con una guía para el mejoramiento.
The following work proposes the development of a strategic plan, which will allow improvements in the administrative and infrastructure indicators of the clinical and surgical diagnostic center (CENDIACQ) to be achieved in the short and medium term. The plan developed is based on the model of the strategic management process, defining the mission and vision of the company. Then an external competitive analysis of the organization is carried out to identify the opportunities and threats, followed by an internal analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses. Through the SWOT analysis, strategies are defined to take advantage of the strengths of the organization and to correct the weaknesses in order to take advantage of the opportunities and counteract external threats. Then the objectives, indicators and goals to be achieved are established. To then elaborate the approach of the strategies that allow to finally elaborate the plan of activities to follow to make the suggested strategies for the organization a reality. What is pursued in the preparation of this work is to present a methodological process of correct strategic planning, thus contributing with a guide for improvement.
