Resumen
Esta investigación se dio debido a que los estudiantes del modulo básico del
Departamento de Idiomas de la Facultad de Administración de la Universidad de
Guayaquil del periodo lectivo 2010-2011 no desarrollaron su habilidad para
expresarse oralmente en la Lengua Inglesa de una manera optima, y señala la
necesidad de abrirse a las nuevas tendencias en la enseñanza de lenguas
extranjeras, a partir de los intereses, necesidades y aspiraciones de los
estudiantes, mi propuesta es el “Diseño de Seminarios-Talleres motivacionales
dirigidos a los Estudiantes para el mejoramiento de su expresión oral en la Lengua
Inglesa de acuerdo a sus intereses, necesidades y aspiraciones”. Para el proceso
investigativo se utilizaron los siguientes métodos y recursos técnicos: Deductivo,
Inductivo, Analítico, Científico y Dialéctico. Es necesario concienciar a los
estudiantes sobre la gran importancia que representa el ser un ejecutivo bilingüe
de acuerdo a la demanda empresarial e industrial no solo a nivel nacional sino más
bien de forma global y los beneficios-desarrollo socioeconómicos y culturales que
alcanzaran no solo él, su familia y su comunidad sino también para su país, una
condición que puede ser alcanzada por aquellos estudiantes, que sienten la
necesidad de ser profesionales más completos
This investigation was given because the students of the I modulate basic of the Department of Languages of Business Administration of the University of Guayaquil of the scholar period 2010-2011 didn't develop its ability to be expressed vocally in the English Language in a fluently way, and it points out the necessity to open up to the new tendencies in the teaching of foreign languages, starting from the interests, necessities and the students' aspirations, my proposal is “Design of motivational Seminar-shops managed to the Students for the improvement of their oral expression in the English Language according to their interests, necessities and aspirations” For the investigative process the following methods and technical resources were used: Deductive, Inductive, Analytic, Scientific and Dialectical. It is necessary to make aware the students about the great importance that the being not represents a bilingual executive according to the managerial and industrial demand alone at national level but rather of global form and the socioeconomic and cultural benefit-development that not reached alone him, his family and his community but also for his country, a condition that can be reached by those students that feel the necessity to be more efficient professionals.
