Resumen
El objetivo de esta Tesis de Grado es: efectuar un estudio técnico económico para una empresa que elabore helados nutritivos en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Para el efecto, se aplica la metodología de la encuesta dirigida a habitantes de 5 a 60 años de la ciudad de Guayaquil, a través de la selección de una muestra probabilística que utiliza variables de estadísticas descriptivas, calculándose la demanda insatisfecha en 14.721,467 helados con una demanda a captar del 4,5% que corresponde a 662.466 helados; luego se realiza el análisis de los factores técnicos para determinar el tamaño de la planta, localización óptima e Ingeniería del proyecto, con base en el balance de materiales, diagramas de análisis de operaciones, de bloques, de planta y de recorrido; además del diseño del organigrama estructural de las secciones administrativas, producción y mercadotecnia, con la respectiva asignación de funciones del recurso humano. El proyecto requiere una inversión total de $89.987,68 de los cuales $80.661,04 (89,64%) corresponde a la inversión fija y $9.326,63 (10,36%) al rubro del capital de operación. La Tasa Interna de Retorno de la Inversión TIR es del 38,28% supera a la tasa de descuento que equivale al 15%, lo cual es positivo para el proyecto, el Valor Actual Neto VAN suma la cantidad de $192.046,74, recuperándose la inversión en 3 años y 8 meses, plazo menor a la vida útil estimada en 10 años, mientras que el margen neto de utilidad ascenderá a 22,59% y el coeficiente beneficio costo es igual a 1,13. En conclusión, estos indicadores técnicos y económicos manifiestan la factibilidad del proyecto y la conveniencia de la inversión.
The objective of this Thesis of Grade is: to make an economic technical study for a company that elaborates nutritious ice creams in the city of Guayaquil. For the effect, the methodology of the survey is applied directed to inhabitants from 5 to 60 years of the city of Guayaquil, through the selection of a sample probabilistic that uses variables of statistical descriptive, being calculated the unsatisfied demand in 14.721.467 ice creams with a demand to capture of 4,5% that corresponds to 662.466 ice creams; then he/she is carried out the analysis of the technical factors to determine the size of the plant, good localization and Engineering of the project, with base in the balance of materials, diagrams of analysis of operations, of blocks, of plant and of journey; besides the design of the structural flowchart of the administrative sections, production and marketing, with the respective assignment of functions of the human resource. The project requires a total investment of $89.987,68, of those which $80.661,04 (89,64%) it corresponds at the fixed investment and y $9.326,63 (10,36%) to the item of the operation capital. The Internal Rate of Return of the Investment TIR is of 38,28% it overcomes to the discount rate that is equal to 15%, that which is positive for the project, the Net Current Value GOES it adds the quantity of $192.046,74, recovering the investment in 3 years and 8 months, smaller term to the useful life estimated in 10 years, while the net margin of utility will ascend to 22,59% and the coefficient I benefit cost it is similar to 1,13. In conclusion, these technical and economic indicators manifest the feasibility of the project and the conveniencenofhthehinvestment.
